This Cookie Policy explains how Vextria Atlas Group Limited, operating as Orderly ("Orderly," "we," "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and the Orderly platform (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) work in comparable ways. Cookies can be "first-party" (set by us) or "third-party" (set by a provider we use), and "session" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" (kept for a set period).
2. How we use cookies
We group cookies into three categories:
- Strictly necessary — required to run the Service (authentication, session management, security, load balancing) and to remember your cookie choices. These are always active and do not require consent, because the Service cannot function without them.
- Analytics — used, only with your consent, to understand how our websites and product are used so we can improve them. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization and Google Consent Mode; no analytics cookies are set until you accept them.
- Marketing — used to measure and improve marketing. We do not currently set any marketing cookies, but the cookie banner lets you opt in ahead of time; if this changes, they will only be set with your consent.
3. Your choices and consent
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or set your preferences by category. In the UK and EEA, we only set non-essential (analytics and marketing) cookies with your consent; rejecting is as easy as accepting.
You can change your choice at any time:
- Use the "Cookie preferences" link in our website footer to reopen the banner.
- Clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
If you withdraw analytics consent, we stop using analytics cookies and remove the Google Analytics cookies previously set on your device. Your choice is stored for up to six months, after which we will ask again.

Google Analytics is provided by Google. Google may process this data in the United States; details of Google's processing are available in Google's privacy documentation. We configure Google Analytics with IP anonymization and Consent Mode.
5. Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties that may set their own cookies when you interact with them, such as our in-app help widget (Intercom) and payment flows (Stripe). These are used to provide the relevant functionality and are governed by those providers' own policies.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for legal reasons. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date.
