What it unlocks

One connection, visible end to end.

The Custom API bridge connects an ERP, WMS, 3PL, marketplace, or internal application without requiring a provider-specific connector. Create orders through the Orderly API, receive dispatched orders at your HTTPS endpoint, report shipments back to Orderly, and push signed shipment updates to the system that originally created each order.

Common workflows

  • Send orders from an internal ERP into Orderly
  • Dispatch orders to a custom warehouse or 3PL API
  • Return shipment status and tracking to the original order source
Implementation path

How it works

  1. 01

    Create a source bridge

Create orders through the API using the bridge ID that identifies their original system.

  2. 02

    Dispatch to any destination

Route orders to another Custom API bridge and receive signed order.dispatched webhooks.

  3. 03

    Report the shipment

The fulfillment system creates or updates the shipment in Orderly using the original order ID.

  4. 04

    Return updates to the source

Run or schedule shipment exports so signed updates reach the bridge that originally created the order.
